1. Return Eligibility

You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it if:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • It is returned in the original packaging

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized gemstones

  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

3. How to Request a Return

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.


6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
